Air Fryer Crispy Aloo Tikki

Healthy, crispy aur oil-free snack jo air fryer me 15 minutes me ready ho jata hai.

Ingredients

  • 3 medium boiled potatoes
  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp oil (optional brushing)

Method

  1. Potatoes mash karo
    Ek bowl me boiled potatoes achhe se mash karo.
  2. Masala mix karo
    Onion, green chilli, red chilli powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt aur coriander add karo.
  3. Binding add karo
    Cornflour add karke mixture ko achhe se mix karo.
  4. Tikki shape banao
    Chhote round tikki shape bana lo.
  5. Air fryer preheat karo
    Air fryer ko 180°C pe 3 minutes preheat karo.
  6. Cooking
    Tikki ko basket me rakh kar 180°C pe 12–15 minutes cook karo.
    Beech me ek baar flip kar lo.

Tips

  • Extra crispiness ke liye tikki pe halka oil brush kar sakte ho.
  • Agar mixture soft ho to thoda aur cornflour add karo.

Serving

Green chutney ya tomato ketchup ke sath serve karo.
